Excellent breakfast with friendly staff and comfortable room with air conditioning. Convenient location near train station and major attractions. Helpful and honest staff, as they kept a valuable item I left in the room safe for a week. Enjoyable stay overall.

The staff was decent, the hotel was overall clean and placed in an old part of the city next to the train station, the Hauptbahnhof and old town.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better! It was just a short walk to both the main train station and the city center. This made it super convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great. The rooms were well-decorated, tidy, and regularly cleaned, made for a comfortable stay.

One thing that could be improved is the size of the rooms. They were a bit on the smaller side, which could be a little cramped for some guests.

It's worth staying here and exploring Ludwigsvorstadt district. Adequate and functional rooms with nice terrace, tea, for instance.

Great location, within walking distance of all attractions and close to the metro station. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast selection.

Felt at home, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short walk from the city center and practically right next to the Central Train Station. Despite being on the edge of a less desirable neighborhood, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and the breakfast that was included exceeded my expectations with its variety of options.

The room was a bit on the small side, with hardly any space other than the bed. However, considering the value for money and the prime location, it was not a major issue.

I absolutely loved staying at this centrally located hotel near the main train station with only a short walk to the Karlplatz station for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and fresh-smelling shampoo. The breakfast was a great touch, with freshly baked rolls and everything I needed for a quick meal. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Although the hotel had a good price to quality ratio and great location, there was a lack of proper left luggage facilities, which could be improved for future guests' convenience.
